- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪STAY AWAY - YOU WILL NEVER GET A HOLD OF A REPRESENTATIVE. They have no customer service or support whatsoever. You will be on the phone for long periods of time, leave messages, and no one will ever respond to your phone calls, emails, or messages. This was in regards to renewing my policy too. I can't even imagine if it was claim related. Nothing will ever get resolved. Glad I found out sooner than later and looked elsewhere for another carrier.
